Rules of Consent
The foundation upon which everything else rests.
At SNCTM, consent is not a formality. It is the foundation upon which everything else rests. Our gatherings exist to explore desire, intimacy, and erotic expression within a culture of mutual respect. This is only possible when every erotic interaction is grounded in affirmative, informed, and ongoing consent.
These rules apply to all members, guests, performers, and staff, without exception.
The Core Principle
Nothing happens without explicit consent.
Consent is never assumed.
Consent is never owed.
Consent is never permanent.
What Affirmative Consent Means at SNCTM
Affirmative consent must be:
Explicit
Consent must be clearly communicated. Silence, passivity, or lack of resistance is not consent.
Informed
All parties must understand what they are agreeing to. Misrepresentation, omission, or pressure invalidates consent.
Voluntary
Consent must be freely given, without coercion, manipulation, or intoxication.
Specific
Consent to one act does not imply consent to another. Each interaction requires its own consent.
Ongoing
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for any reason. Once withdrawn, all activity must stop immediately.
Touch and Physical Interaction
Before any physical contact:
- Ask clearly.
- Receive a clear affirmative response.
- Proceed only within the agreed boundaries.
If there is hesitation, ambiguity, or discomfort at any point, the interaction must cease immediately.
Failure to respect this rule will result in immediate removal from the event and permanent revocation of privileges.
Sexual Activity and Erotic Interaction
Sexual activity between guests is permitted only where explicitly allowed and only with affirmative consent from all parties involved.
No one is ever required to justify declining or withdrawing consent.
There are no exceptions for status, membership tier, familiarity, prior encounters, or perceived expectations.
Performers and Staff
Performers maintain full bodily autonomy at all times.
- No guest may touch a performer unless explicitly authorized in advance as part of a sanctioned performance.
- Staff and performers are never sexually available to guests.
- Consent boundaries for performers are absolute and non-negotiable.
Any violation will result in immediate ejection and permanent exclusion.
Intoxication and Consent
Consent cannot be given if a person is incapacitated.
If intoxication compromises the ability to give informed consent, all interaction must stop. Event security has sole discretion to intervene and remove any individual whose presence threatens the safety or consent culture of the space.
Power, Status, and Responsibility
SNCTM recognizes that wealth, social influence, and status can distort dynamics.
With privilege comes responsibility. Those with greater power are held to a higher standard, not a looser one.
Reporting and Enforcement
If you experience or witness a consent violation:
- Notify event security or a designated SNCTM representative immediately.
- You will be taken seriously.
- Retaliation of any kind is strictly prohibited.
All determinations regarding consent violations are final and made in the sole discretion of SNCTM.
There are no warnings. There are no second chances. No one is exempt.
The Ethos
SNCTM is not a space for entitlement. It is a space for intentional, ethical, and conscious exploration.
Affirmative consent is what allows freedom to exist without harm. It is what separates indulgence from violation. It is what makes the experience possible at all.
By entering SNCTM, you affirm that you understand these rules, agree to uphold them, and accept that your presence is conditional upon your conduct.
Anything less does not belong here.
